This Privacy Policy describes how TECH91 DEVLABS PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use the Control Center mobile application ("App").
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. The App is designed to provide quick access to device controls, shortcuts, gestures, customization features, and screen recording functionality.
1. Information We Collect
Personal Information
We do not intentionally collect or store personally identifiable information such as your name, address, phone number, contacts, photos, or other personal information unless you voluntarily provide such information to us for support or another specific purpose.
Device and Usage Information
The App may process limited technical information necessary for the App and its services to function properly. Depending on the features and third-party services enabled, this may include:
Device model and operating system version
App version
Basic diagnostic information
Crash and performance information
Advertising-related information where applicable
General usage information required by integrated third-party services
We do not use this information to personally identify you.
2. Accessibility Service
The App uses the Android Accessibility Service to provide certain device-wide features and shortcuts.
Accessibility Service may be used to:
Display the Control Center over other applications
Perform supported global actions such as Back, Home, and Recent Apps
Open the notification panel
Open the power dialog where supported
Perform actions configured by the user
Support configured gesture functionality
The Accessibility Service is used to provide functionality requested by the user.
We do not use Accessibility Service to collect, read, store, or transmit personal information, passwords, messages, banking information, or other sensitive user content.
The App does not sell or share information obtained through Accessibility Service for advertising, analytics, or unrelated purposes.
3. Notification Access
If you enable Notification Access, the App may receive notification information through Android's notification-access framework.
This permission may be required for features that interact with or provide access to notifications.
Notification information is used only to provide the relevant functionality requested by you.
We do not sell notification information or use notification content for advertising purposes.
If a feature does not require Notification Access, you can leave this permission disabled.
4. Camera Permission
The App may request Camera permission for features such as:
Camera shortcuts
Camera-related Control Center actions
Flashlight-related functionality where required by the device
Camera access is used only when you activate a feature that requires it.
We do not intentionally collect, store, or upload photographs or camera footage to our servers.
5. Screen Recording
The App may provide screen recording functionality.
When you start screen recording, Android's screen-capture permission system asks for your authorization. Screen recording is performed only after you grant the required permission and start the recording.
Recorded videos are saved according to Android's storage and media framework and are controlled by you.
We do not automatically upload your screen recordings to our servers.
Screen recordings may contain information visible on your screen, including messages, notifications, account information, or other sensitive content. Please review what is displayed before starting a recording.
6. Microphone / Audio Recording
If you enable the audio recording option, the App may request microphone permission to record audio together with your screen recording.
Microphone access is used only when you choose to record audio.
We do not intentionally upload your recorded audio to our servers.
7. Bluetooth
The App may request Bluetooth-related permissions to provide Bluetooth controls from the Control Center.
Bluetooth permissions are used to perform the Bluetooth-related functionality selected by you.
We do not use Bluetooth permissions to collect or sell your personal information.
8. System Settings
The App may request permission to modify certain system settings.
This permission may be used for features such as:
Screen brightness
Screen timeout
Other supported device settings
The App only changes settings when required by a feature or action selected by the user.
9. Display Over Other Apps
The App may request permission to appear on top of other apps.
This permission allows the Control Center interface or related controls to appear above other applications.
The permission is not used to collect information from other applications.
10. Themes, Wallpapers, and Customization
The App allows you to customize your Control Center using themes, wallpapers, colors, layouts, and other appearance settings.
Customization preferences may be stored locally on your device so that your selected settings can be restored when you use the App.
If you select an image from your device for customization, the App accesses the image only for the functionality you requested.
11. Gestures
The App provides configurable gesture actions such as:
Single Tap
Double Tap
Long Press
Gesture configurations are used to perform the actions selected by you.
Your configured gesture preferences may be stored locally on your device.
12. Night Shift
The App may provide Night Shift functionality, including scheduled or manually enabled color-temperature adjustments.
Your Night Shift preferences may be stored locally on your device and used only to provide this feature.
13. Advertising
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services.
Third-party advertising providers may collect or receive certain information, such as:
Advertising ID
Device information
Approximate location derived from device/network information, where permitted
Ad interaction information
Diagnostic information
This information may be used by advertising providers to provide, measure, and improve advertisements in accordance with their own privacy policies.

14. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services for purposes such as advertising, crash reporting, analytics, or other necessary functionality.

We do not sell your personal information.

Settings such as themes, gestures, and other preferences may remain stored locally on your device until you delete them, clear the App's data, uninstall the App, or otherwise change the settings.
Screen recordings, photographs, and other media created using the App remain under your control through Android's storage/media system.
18. Children's Privacy
The App is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
If your Google Play target audience includes children or users under 13, this section should be revised to match your actual target-audience configuration and applicable requirements.
19. Your Choices
You can control many permissions through Android device settings.
You may:
Disable Accessibility Service
Disable Notification Access
Disable Camera permission
Disable Microphone permission
Disable Bluetooth-related permissions
Disable system settings access where Android permits
Disable "Display over other apps"
Remove the App from your device
Clear the App's locally stored data
Disabling certain permissions may prevent corresponding App features from working.
20. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When changes are made, we will update the Effective Date shown at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to remain informed about how the App handles information.
